Pay Over the Counter
With this service you can pre-order the item/s online and pay in store upon visit.
All customers should notify Dream Works of their preferred pick-up location.
Dream Works Duty Free:
(Shop 1) Mandalay International Airport, Departure Hall, Near Gates 9 & 10.
(Shop 2) Mandalay International Airport, Departure Hall, Near Gates 5-7.
For Airport Pick up, customers with outbound/inbound international flights can purchase at least 48 hours before departure/arrival date.
Dream Works cannot guarantee the condition of any items if it is not received, so it is very important to inform us ahead if you wish to specify a certain time for pickup. If you will not be available to receive the order, your authorized representative can receive the order upon showing an authorization letter with your ID. When no one is available at the time your order has been available for pickup, the item/s may be held back to us. Once held, we will contact you and ask for the best time to collect the item/s. Otherwise, Dream Works will tag the sale CLOSED and SUCCESSFUL whether or not you have received the ordered items.
No returns will be accepted and no credits will be provided after 30 days of the delivery date regardless of any other circumstance.
In the event your order is damaged while being hand over to you, please inform us immediately for possible replacement. We may require you to return the damaged (unopened) items to us for quality control information.
In the event you do experience a problem with the quality of our products, please contact us for a replacement within 30 days of your purchase date and provide the details of your concern along with your name, invoice number, and a phone number and time we can reach you. We may require you to return the item/s to us for quality control information.
